Placing Orders
Do I need to create a Vivianni account to place an order? Plus

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase. However, we recommend that you set up a Vivianni account to enjoy the benefits of managing your account which includes address details, tracking your orders and reviewing your order history.

How will I know that my order has been placed successfully? Plus

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once the details have been verified, your order will be accepted, and the item will then be dispatched.

Can I cancel or change any of my order details? Plus

We are unable to change the details but may be able to assist you to cancel and replace the order. Please note that we are unable to add an item to an order or combine two orders together in the same shipment. For further information please contact our Customer Service team.

Delivery
Can I change my delivery address once the order has been placed? Plus

Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to change your shipping address. For further information please contact our Customer Service team.

How can I track the delivery of my order? Plus

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique tracking number.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item? Plus

If you think you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team with your proof of purchase/order number, a short description of the issue and images of the product.

Returns and Exchanges
What can I return? Plus

We offer free returns on all our items delivered to an address in the 50 United States so long as the items are returned as new and unused no later than 30 days from the date your purchase was delivered.

When will I get my refund? Plus

Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-7 days after we receive and process your return

Is my return dependent on the reason? Plus

You may return an item for any reason in new and unused condition for up to 30 days after purchase was delivered. We only ask for your reason to know how to improve and serve you better.

Charge for items you are expected to return Plus

If you have already received a refund before we receive the returned item, you will be charged if the item is not sent back to us. If you have already sent it back and have received an email from us asking you to return the item or have been charged, we will reverse the charge as soon as the return is returned and processed by us.

Does Vivianni offer replacements and exchanges? Plus
