If you think you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team with your proof of purchase/order number, a short description of the issue and images of the product.
We offer free returns on all our items delivered to an address in the 50 United States so long as the items are returned as new and unused no later than 30 days from the date your purchase was delivered.
Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-7 days after we receive and process your return
You may return an item for any reason in new and unused condition for up to 30 days after purchase was delivered. We only ask for your reason to know how to improve and serve you better.
If you have already received a refund before we receive the returned item, you will be charged if the item is not sent back to us. If you have already sent it back and have received an email from us asking you to return the item or have been charged, we will reverse the charge as soon as the return is returned and processed by us.
